I purchased insoles on recommendation of osteopath. I am suffering with numbness in some of my toes due to trapped nerves. I used these daily on a hiking holiday in walking shoes. Although there is an odd feeling under the ball of your feet initially, there were in fact very comfortable for hiking all day, and some of the feeling in my toes actually returned.
