Langer Bio Mex Low Arch Insoles are available in five sizes that should suit most older children and adults. To find your perfect size, simply match your shoe size to the table below.
If you would like a more precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insoles from your shoes and measuring the length and width at the longest/widest points (as shown below). Once you have these results, please match your measurements to the dimensions listed below.
