Prostep Arch Support Insoles

A low arch can cause as many problems as a high one. The Prostep Arch Support Insoles are designed to support this part of the foot, encouraging full functionality and reducing pain. These insoles eliminate pain and resolve symptoms by supporting the sustentaculum tali (ST) and lowering the pressure on the 1st Ray. If you are suffering from a low arch or the conditions that can stem from this, then the Prostep Arch Support Insoles are an ideal solution.

Please note that due to the customisable nature of these insoles, it is recommended that any postings are fitted by a clinician or footcare professional.

Sizing Information for Prostep Orthotic Insoles

Prostep Orthotic Insoles are available in eight different sizes and two different lengths that should suit most adults. To find your best size, simply match your shoe size to the table below.

To ensure a precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insole from your shoes and measuring the length and width at the longest and widest point.

Should I Choose 3/4 or Full Length Orthotic Insoles?

The Prostep Insoles are available either as full length insoles or as three quarter insoles. While both will provide the same level of heel, arch and midfoot support, we recommend choosing your option based on the following:

  • Full Length: Most users in trainers or boots will feel more comfortable with a full length insole, as you won't be able to feel any edge on the forefoot.
  • 3/4 Length: Ideal for tighter-fitting shoes or fashion footwear, where there may not be excessive room to fit an entire insole.

Should I Choose Medium or Firm Density?

For maximum comfort, select your density level based on your level of activity.

  • Medium Density: For casual use, and for those not undertaking high impact activities such as sports or running.
  • Firm Density: For sporting use and for high impact activities. Firm density is also recommended for heavier users.

  • Arch Height: 21mm
  • Forefoot Thickness: 4mm

Who Can Benefit from the Prostep Arch Support Insoles?

The Prostep Arch Support Insoles relieve and evenly distribute pressure and help to encourage the normal function of the foot. This makes them appropriate for a wide range of conditions:

  • Anterior knee pain
  • Dorsal midfoot interosseus compression syndrome (DMICS)
  • Hallux rigidus/limitus
  • Low arches/flat feet
  • Midfoot osteoarthritis
  • Plantar and posterior heel pain

Multiple extrinsic wedges are included so that the Prostep Arch Support Insoles can be tailored to the patient's exact requirements, and a microfibre top cover ensures that it can also be used with Talarmade's MicroGrip foot orthosis additions for ultimate customisation.

Delivery Information

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

These insoles really helped me a year ago when I had trouble with my knees funnily enough. They align my knees and ankles and the pain has almost disappeared and I’m sure it’s because of the insoles.
Really quick service and delivery and would recommend to friends.

After a week the stabbing pain in my left ankle started fading and although there’s still a painful ache in my ankles I think things take time. So I’m hoping the aching pain will completely disappear. The firm insoles are quite hard so I have a couple of blisters which is fine. I think the attachments are good and I’m using the thickest ones for added help. So overall I’d say they’re good and hope to see continued improvements.

Couldn't Walk Without These !!!

Advised to order these particular insoles by my physiotherapist. I didn't open the box until my appointment was due, she set them up for me and after a short time I found that I could walk much better, so I'm very grateful to health and Care especially because these sell this product at an excellent price and their service is superb. I did find these on a very famous website at almost double the price, so good all round look forward to dealing with this company again.

Even with the pandemic arrived in less than 24 hours great price chaper than any where else. This is the orthotic the NHS use on my son we need more than the one set you get, for PE at school etc. Highly recomend. Thanks for being so fast Health and Care
