To ensure a precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insole from your shoes and measuring the length and width at the longest and widest point as shown in the image below. Match these measurements to the dimensions listed below in order to find the pair that will best fit your shoes.

What Kind of Arches Do I Have?

Using the correct arch support can improve comfort and reduce pain in your feet and knees. But it is crucial that you select the arch support that is right for your arches. You can find out whether you have low, medium or high arches by following the simple steps below.

1. Wet your foot and step onto a surface that will allow you see the print of your foot once you have taken it away.
2. Low arches will be indicated by the print showing your whole foot.
3. Medium arches will be indicated by the print showing a clear outline of your foot, with the ball of your foot and your heel connected by a strip
4. High arches will be indicated by an extremely thin, possibly disjointed line connecting your ball of foot and heel markings.
