These soles had the sort of cushioning effect I was looking for and should be a useful addition.

I bought these to wear in my trainers but they made it impossible to get my feet into the shoe. I put them in my wellingtons hoping they would compress but they made even my wellingtons tight so actually they are useless and a waste of money.

Very comfortable but they need a fabric lining on the top to allow your foot to slide into the shoe. I have put the original shoe liner back in which makes it a little thick. Service very good.

Wonderfully comfortable, relieve shock in hips, knees and spine. The full length ones are better, the 3/4 length are less comfortable. The sizes of the full length are a bit small, I would advise buying a larger size than normal if in doubt
