Invacare Comfort Standard Sling

For patients with special considerations, such as medical conditions or amputations, special considerations must be taken during the transfer process.The Invacare Comfort Standard Sling supports the entire body of the patient, making transfers safe and comfortable, even for patients with chronic pain or amputations. To provide optimal fit and support, the Comfort Sling has been developed in coordination with occupational and physical therapists.

Which Hoists Can I Use the Sling With?

This sling is designed with loop fixings. It is designed for easy and secure attachment to all hoists with loop fixing compatibility.

Materials of Invacare Slings

Net Fabric: This materials is used for bathing or if the user will stay seated on the sling for a period of time. It is important to carry out risk assessment with reference to skin integrity for those who will be seated on the sling for long periods.

Spacer Fabric: This is a slightly elastic fabric that adapts to the user's body shape. It is well suited for those with skin integrity issues. It is important to carry out risk assessment with reference to skin integrity for those who will be seated on the sling for long periods.

• Do not bleach
• Slings can be tumble-dried

The maximum user weight for sizes Extra Small to Large is 200kg. For Extra Large slings, the maximum weight is 250kg. Please see the chart above for recommended user weights.
