Rehband Women's Core Knee Support

Straining or otherwise injuring your knee joint can really put your life on hold. You may find that your agility is limited, something particularly detrimental if you are usually athletic.

The Rehband Women's Core Knee Support is a knee support specifically designed for women, which can help get you back on your feet. Constructed from neoprene fabric, the Women's Core Knee Support warms the affected area to encourage a localised increase of blood flow around the knee. This helps relieve the pain of an injury to muscles around the knee. 

The knee support also provides pressure relief and can improve your overall coordination. That way, you can not only alleviate symptoms of an existing knee injury, but also prevent future injury from occurring again.

Application

  1. Place the knee support on the knee
  2. The narrowest part of the front must be level with the centre of the kneecap

Washing Instructions

  1. Close all Velcro
  2. Remove detachable splints
  3. Mesh laundry bag is recommended 
  4. Stretch product while wet and let dry

Sizing Guide

Keep the knee slightly bent (about 30°) and measure the circumference (cm) around the leg, 10cm below the patella:

Additional Information

This item contains neoprene. The time of use should not exceed 3 - 4 hours. If you are allergic to heat, it is not advised that you use this product.

This support provided excellent support to my knee during my recent 17 km Dorset cliff walk. My leg circumference is at the lower boundary for the size that I selected, and I'm glad I didn't opt for the smaller size, as it is very snug-fitting. Washes very well - a wash brought it back to 'as new'.

This is a good support for wearing under tighter trousers, jeans etc. It gives good support and after a few days of wearing it my knee pain was noticeably less
