How to Use Prossage Heat

For the best results, apply a moderate amount of Prossage Heat to the soft tissues leading to a painful area such as the muscle bell leading to the painful tendons of the elbow. Brief circular, cross fibre of palmer friction will enhance the warming effects. Work the tissues from superficial to deep to increase blood flow to the area. the results will help melt the connective tissue adhesions, and reduce ischemia to more effectively reduce chronic pain.
