Stretcher Sling Full Body Lifting Aid

Moving patients with extremely reduced mobility can sometimes be tough to do without disturbing the patient or causing additional strain on the carer. The Stretcher Sling Full Body Lifting Aid eliminates any worries and allows you to safely and securely transfer patients in a lying position. It has been created to be used in conjunction with the Stretcher Bar, a device that has been especially designed for aiding supine transfers.

Added Security

The Stretcher Sling works perfectly with the Stretcher Bar on a mobile or stationary lift to ensure horizontal lifts and transfers can be conducted safely, particularly for fragile or pain-sensitive patients. It features ten suspension points - five on each side of the patient - which provide support for the entire body.

The sling can be applied to many different lifting and transfer situations, some of which include:

Supine transfer from bed to bed
Lifting from floor to bed
Moving a patient higher up in bed

Which Hoists Can I Use the Sling With?

This sling is designed with loop fixings. It is designed for easy and secure attachment to all hoists with loop fixing compatibility.

Care Instructions

The sling is made from a durable, low-friction material that does not irritate the skin. It can be laundered at temperatures between 60°C - 85°C, and should be air-dried instead of tumble-dried to prolong its life.
