Who Can Use the Scian Compression Nebuliser?

The Scian Compression Nebuliser is designed for use by patients and individuals with breathing or lung difficulties, and is suitable for use both in clinical and hospital settings and at home. As it turns liquid medicine into mist, it may be a more practical option for administering medication to those who would benefit from inhaling the medication through the nebuliser.

Your doctor should advise if they feel it would be best for you to treat your condition with a nebuliser. We recommend that you first consult your doctor before considering a nebuliser. Examples of treatments for which it can be used include reducing phlegm thickness, treating bacterial infections, and controlling mucus buildup.

Can Children Use the Nebuilser NB-210C?

Both an adult mask and a child's mask are provided with the nebuliser. This ensures it can be used as conveniently as possible with a range of patients, including children.

How Does the Nebuliser Work?

Nebulisers work by taking liquid medication and transforming the particles into a mist that can be breathed into the lungs. With the Compression Nebuliser NB-210C, you can use the mouthpiece or attach a mask to a connecting tube, which in turn connects to the nebuliser. Once the liquid has been turned into mist, it can be inhaled into the lungs as needed.

The Scian Nebuliser is mains operated. This means you don't need to worry about keeping any batteries charged.

Although mains powered, the Timesco Nebuliser is still incredibly portable for carrying in between clinics and hospitals, or even just around your home. It features built-in handles, as well as a storage compartment for neatly storing the chamber, masks, tubing, and other spare parts.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.
