Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Excellent Support

This is a quality product but not for me. It would give excellent support. However, for my purposes, I found it too rigid and the medium a little too deep in size. I think it would have chafed under my chin. I will buy a smaller and softer support. I would recommend for customers recovering from neck injuries but I just need gentle support.

Health and Care service is excellent. My package arrived quickly and my refund was promptly dealt with. I have used Health and Care several times, both for myself and relatives, and can thoroughly recommend them.

What a fabulous supportative collar. It is incredibly comfortable to wear, and gives just the right amount of support for my cervical spondylitis. I still have gentle movement in my neck, so driving, sleeping etc is not a problem, but it really reduces the pain by opening up my neck joints, thus reducing the compression. Highly recommended.

Following surgery I needed a collar to keep my head still. This collar was just perfect. Lightweight, comfortable and easy to put on. The separate washable sleeve has been very handy. All in all just perfect.

My neck support collar arrived quickly within 2 days of ordering. I am a 16 shirt collar size so ordered a Large size. Fits perfectly, giving adequate and comfortable support during the night, or watching TV. A soft sleeve is provided which enables washing.
