Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Following surgery I needed a collar to keep my head still. This collar was just perfect. Lightweight, comfortable and easy to put on. The separate washable sleeve has been very handy. All in all just perfect.

My neck support collar arrived quickly within 2 days of ordering. I am a 16 shirt collar size so ordered a Large size. Fits perfectly, giving adequate and comfortable support during the night, or watching TV. A soft sleeve is provided which enables washing.

I tried several braces, most of which didn't make my sore neck feel any better for longer than 5min! This one was such a relief, no need to microwave it or sit/lie in a distorted fashion, it is so comfortable + when I remove it my neck still feels much better, just an hour or two at a time, it's brilliant + soon I won't need it at all! Brilliant 👏
