How Do I Use the Immedia Patient Transfer Sheet?

1. If you wish to apply MultiGlide from the head end, always start by folding the end where the handle is placed.
2. MultiGlide is placed so that the open part is facing away from user and the folded part is placed under the pillow and shoulders.
3. One fold at a time has to be unfolded.
4. To move the user higher up in bed, bend the user’s legs, grasp the handles and put yourself in a “walking position” with one foot in front of the other.
5. Use the weight transfer to move the user higher up. 
6. Always remove after use.

The slide sheet's primary function is a hygienic and comfortable method of patient transfer between other horizontal surfaces, such as operating and x-ray tables. The sheet can also be used as a means for positioning, turning and and moving patients in bed.

Washing Instructions

1. Can be washed in machine up to 80°C.
2. Do no use fabric softener, bleach or dry clean.
3. Tumble dry and iron on a low heat.
