For patients at risk of falling out of bed, it's crucial that a profiling bed is used as to minimise the risk of injury from falls. The Harvest Woburn Community Profiling Bed with Wooden Side Rails is Harvest's newest addition to their profiling bed range, built to withstand multiple dismantles and rebuilds as well as to aid in infection control. These features make this bed perfect for use in community environments, and is specially designed to suit those specific needs.

The Harvest Woburn Community Profiling Bed with Wooden Side Rails has been updated from past versions to meet new regulations and better suit the needs of as many patients as possible. With a new maximum height of 810mm, this bed provides an optimal working height for nursing staff and carers. To aid with infection control, the head and foot boards are wrapped in an anti-bacterial vinyl.

Safety First

This bed has been purpose built as the perfect solution for community care environments, with safety and hygiene as the forefront factors. To ensure this bed is as safe as possible, all cable are attached to the platform, thus removing trailing cables and the risk of tripping hazards. This design also makes it possible to use with most hoists and stand aids by the side of the bed.

Highly Versatile Design

This bed has been purpose built to be as versatile as possible, with a range of possible different adaptations and positionings. The backrest can tilt from 0 to 70 degrees, allowing patients to lay down and sit up comfortably and easily. The leg rest can be adjusted from 0 to 30 degrees, and the bed has a built-in Trendelenburg function, making it highly adaptable. Finally, the base of the bed can be adjusted between 385 and 810mm, allowing it to adapt to different needs and environments.
