The Promedics Cryo Cold Therapy System works by exchanging ice cold water between the cooler and back wrap using gravity. Simply hold or hang the cooler, connected by a tube to an anatomically-specific wrap, above the wrap and allow the water to provide cold and compression therapy. 

How Long Can I Use the Cryotherapy Cooler System For?

It is not recommended to use the Cryotherapy Cooler System for longer than 30 minute sessions at a time. In a two hour period, it should not be used for more than 30 minute sessions. Ensure the skin is checked every hour on a routine basis to prevent skin damage.
