Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Perfect for rehabilitation of hand & arm

I purchased this ball for my daughter in law after she broke her elbow and had to have it pinned. She has found it really helpful in getting strength and mobility back, after having her arm in plaster for 2 weeks. She said the soft one was perfect to begin with. I will get her the firmer one soon. Delivery was fast and I think the price was good for something so useful. Eunice Broom
