Bunion sleeve redesign

I was first given a pair of Silipos bunion sleeves by the surgeon when I was referred to him by my GP to be considered for surgery. I was surprised and impressed by the level of comfort they provided. I did have surgery on one foot, then COVID came along so the second operation didn't happen. My original Silipos are now several years old and need replacing, but I am surprised that the design has changed. The company is easy to deal with, ordering is straightforward, and delivery was super -quick and free! But having a hole in the cushioning at the point of greatest swelling is unexpected, and is not in my opinion an improvement.
