The Silversock Original High Performance Socks are designed to regulate temperature in the summer and winter, prevent the build-up and growth of fungus and bacteria, and prevent excessive sweating thanks to their hydrophobic coating. The socks are lined with X-Static Silver for its outstanding regulatory and thermal qualities, helping to provide relief for sufferers of diabetes, chilblains, epidermolysis bullosa and circulation disorders.

Sizing Information

These socks are available in just two sizes, but because of their flexible nature, you should be able to find the right size for you. To keep things simple, you can click on the drop down menu at the top of the page and simply select the right size for you. You will find that you have an option between:

  • UK Shoe Sizes 3 to 7
  • UK Shoe Sizes 6 to 11

Should you have a foot size between 6 and 7, we would recommend opting for the higher size.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

My partner, who is Type 1 Diabetic, has been suffering with sore feet and chilblains for years because of her poor foot circulation and cold feet. These silver socks, paired with a decent pair of merino wool socks, have actually sorted her feet out in less than 2 weeks! Great product and service, Thank you!

Excellent quality ...make my feet comfortably warm without a feeling of sweat. I only wear one pair under waking boots, and this has been fine. If only I had found these marvels earlier !!

I bought the silver socks as I love walking but have to wear heavy walking boots, and my feet have very poor circulation with the result that they get too hot and I get blisters. I rang customer service - the guy was very helpful and suggested that I wear 2 socks at a time.

I've been doing this - and although not yet perfect - they are by far and away the best socks I have come across. It would be great if the company could develop walking boot socks! Thank You.

Diagnosed with gout and my feet were VERY painful especially at night. As soon as they arrived the socks went on and the relief was almost immediate and I certainly had a good nights sleep for a change. Thanks, I have already recommended them to my daughter (nurse) and grandson (probie police officer).

Brought these at the same time as the silver gloves, quite thin, was abit worried but just like the gloves work like a dream. Also purchased the gloves and socks for my elderly father who appreciates them as much as I do.
