The service and delivery was first class, however, the item was far to big and hard to sit on for me. Being only 53kg I fell through the middle therefore getting no support at all. Unfortunately this is non returnable item so an expensive mistake.

I was suffering so much from coccyx pain and this pillow has been a gem. It's nice and solid, moulds to your body and bounces back quickly into shape when you're off it. It's mad a huge difference to my pain and I really recommend it.

It was so painful to sit for any length of time - this perfect cushion eased the pressure and pain and was perfect to carry into car whilst driving. It was literally a pain relieving god-send!

Needed support after giving birth & the midwife suggested a circular ring to sit on. After doing some research came across this product and it's absolutely brilliant. Can actually sit down for extended period of time without horrible after effect when getting up.

A little firmer initially than I first anticipated. However I'm familiar with memory foam mattresses and this is very much the same. Having just undergone surgery I can confirm that this is proving very beneficial indeed

A very good product - flattens down after about 10 minutes so you have to get up and walk about - by which time the cushion returns to its original shape.

All in all very good. My mother would not have been able to sit upright at all if it had not been for this cushion.
A couple of not so good points:
1) Cushion is very deep, which is great, but when sitting feet can't touch the floor
2) Ordered a cushion cover at the same time and both items were delayed due to cover being out of stock. I was not informed of the delay when the cushion was needed urgently.

Without this fantastic ring cushion my husband wouldn't have been able to make a vital long distance car journey after a major operation. It really made the journey possible & without pain and discomfort. Also very impressed with the speed this cushion was despatched. 1st class service.

This cushion certainly does the job & can be recommended. However, having seen similar products which come at substantially lower prices AND include a cushion cover I was disappinted to find no such cushion included with this product.
Given that this is the most expensive cushion I considered buying I feel a little let down.
