Rolyan Ezeform White 46 x 61cm 2.4mm Splinting Material

The Rolyan Ezeform White 46 x 61cm 2.4mm Splinting Material is an uncoated thermoplastic splinting material with highly advanced properties. Combining maximum resistance to stretch with excellent drapability and conformability, Ezeform tolerates handling extremely well, making it ideal for any splints requiring firm handling – please see below for a full list of clinical recommendations.

Reduced Bulkiness

At 2.4mm thick, this product provides moderate support with reduced weight and bulkiness. This makes it perfect for a wide range of static, dynamic splints or progressive splints where less weight is desired, such as arthritis, thumb, hand, wrist and small area splints.

Bonding of the Rolyan Ezeform Thermoplastic Splinting Material

The Rolyan Ezeform Splinting Material is uncoated, allowing permanent bonds and the securing of strapping, padding, hinges and outriggers. The material should be heated in water at 70 - 75°C for 30 - 45 seconds, giving 2 - 3 minutes of working time.
