These insoles are provided in a three-quarter length only, and this makes them ideal for quick and easy use as they do not require any trimming to fit. What Types of Footwear Are Suitable for the Plantar Fasciitis Insoles?

Due to the ¾ length insoles design of the Sof Sole Plantar Fasciitis Insoles, they are ideal for most shoes and footwear types. This means you can wear them as work boot insoles, casual shoe insoles, trainer insoles, and even formal footwear insoles.

Do I Need to Remove My Existing Insoles? 

Whether or not you choose to remove your existing insoles is largely down to your own personal preference. The Plantar Fasciitis Orthotic Insoles should fit snugly into your footwear, and you may find that leaving your existing insoles in place helps with this. However, if there is little room for manoeuvre, then you may find that removing your existing insoles before inserting the Plantar Fasciitis Insoles helps to improve comfort.

How Do I Clean My Plantar Fascia Insoles?

Once they have been removed from your footwear, you can wash your Sof Sole Plantar Fasciitis Insoles with hand soap or gentle detergent. They can then be air dried before reinserting them into your shoes.

Not much reasonable choice for female feet

This is the 2nd pair I have bought, for shoes that I don't wear often but sometimes wear for long periods of time when I do.
The shape of the toe and size does mean they do move around in side my trainers and a pair of boots. So I opted to get 3 different types of insoles. I am heavily on my feet and wear work boots. Again another item not built for women's feet, and a lot of problems have been because of having to wear mens work boots, and universal insoles. So these are one of the very few female orientated insoles for Plantur Faciitis. Unfortunately everything made for women is flimsy and not really robust for hard wearing, hard working. They are fine if you already have comfortable footwear but need the added contouring.

Great relief for sore feet

I've been struggling with plantar faciitis for several months and these insoles provided amazing relief. There is good arch support helping to keep the foot stable, as well as cushioning under the heel which is comfortable for my bruised heel spur. I'd definitely recommend these. They can be worn in any shoe instead of the original insole - I found there wasn't room to put them on top of the original insole, so I would consider getting full length rather than 3/4 length ones. Well worth the money.

I had started a new job after working from home and am now spending all day on my feet, I was really suffering with heel pain, the insoles are amazing, and they fit perfectly in my Skechers trainers, I can highly recommend these, am now pain free and wouldn't be without them. Thank you so much.

Was very sceptical about buying these for my plantar fasciitis in case they didn’t work.
They are amazing.
Before wearing these walking for just half an hour was becoming an unbearable chore.
Now I’m walking for hours in comfort and my foot pain has reduced by at least 90%.
I wouldn’t be without these now.
The ordering was so easy too, you can track your parcel and they arrived in two working days like they said they would.

I’m a postie who suffers with plantar facilitis. I wear these in all my shoes to provide cushioning and support. They also help with shin splints, heel spurs and general leg aches and pains. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone suffering. I am ordering another pair now!

These insoles have really helped ease the pain of plantar fasciitis, I wear them in my daily work shoes. The only negative is that they fray a bit on the front.

I brought these insoles prior to investing in a new pair of shoes and use them in sandals. They helped instantly and reduced the heel and ankle pain I was having daily as I am on my feet a lot. The 3/4 length is comfy and fits most of my shoes. I’ll be buying a few more pairs soon.
