Ferno CMC Litter Shield

Reaching a casualty is only half of the battle when it comes to an evacuation. Ensuring they are able to reach safety is another matter entirely. When evacuating from a dangerous and hazardous environment there is the constant risk of falling debris or rocks.

The Ferno CMC Litter Shield is designed to prevent this from being a problem. Attaching to the rail in a stretcher, the shield then covers the patient's head and protects them from falling debris and low-hanging hazards.

Please Note: The Litter Shield uses the Ferno CMC Litter Shield Clamps, sold separately. Please be aware that different stretcher sizes require different clamps for secure attachment.
