This insole is only copper in colour and does not contain the metallic element copper.

Can I wear Copper DMP in running shoes?

Copper DMP features the 3-layer foam construction combined with our trusted nylon top cover which allows the foot and the insole to move independently of each other (similar to the other Superfeet Trim-To-Fit insoles)
