These different lengths, combined with the different diameters of rings (between 6.4mm and 25mm – 12 of each size included), provide a huge variation of exercises to ensure recovery can be as comprehensive as possible.

Packs Away Into Base

When not in use, the entire ring tree can be packed into the base (55 x 37 x 4cm). This helps to ensure that parts and pieces don't get lost while in storage, helping you make use of the kit for longer.
