With an A3 size suitable for holding up to two patient charts, the Bristol Maid A3 Chart Board with 50mm Square Hook offers a convenient method of storing documentation and important details for quick access.

The A3 Chart Board is fitted with two spring clips, which are suitable for holding either one patient chart of 450 x 280mm, or two charts of 220 x 280mm each.

The spring clip design of the A3 Chart Board also allows for easy patient identification, making both routine observations and scheduled visits quicker and more efficient. The square hook design also enables the A3 Chart Holder to be positioned in a convenient location such as the end of a bed or bedside unit, while the board design enables it to be carried around.
