How Do I Use the Vuse ePen Device?
Once you have inserted the ePen cartridge of your choice (sold separately), to switch on your device, rapidly click the double arrow button three times. This additional safety measure ensures the ePen doesn't turn itself on while it's in your pocket. Once the device is on, you can begin vaping by pressing the button and holding it down while inhaling.
Which Cartridges Are Compatible with the Vuse ePen?
The Vuse ePen cartridges have been designed to fit the Vuse ePen device. It is also backwards compatible with the Vuse ePen 3 E-Cigarette Cartridges. When Vype changed their name to Vuse, they made sure that their ePen 3 cartridges could be used with the new Vuse ePen device, ensuring you can transition to Vuse with ease.
How Do I Charge the Vuse ePen?
To charge your Vuse ePen, attach the USB charging cable to the micro USB port on the base of the ePen. Connect the other end of the charging cable to the USB port of a computer.
When charging, the LED on the ePen will show the following indicator light, depending on its current battery charge level:
- Pulsing Red: Your battery is less than 10% charged or empty.
- Solid Red: Your battery charge level is between near empty and approximately three quarters charged. We advise that you keep on charging.
- Solid Green: Your battery is almost fully charged. You can choose to wait a short while longer, or disconnect the USB cable and enjoy your Vuse ePen.
How Long Does the ePen Take to Charge?
It takes approximately 60 minutes fully charge your ePen battery from flat. It only takes around 30 minutes for an 80% charge, ensuring you can have enough power to see you through the day.
How Do I Replace an ePen Cartridge?
The Vuse ePen e-cigarette requires no refilling, which means no spillages and no mess. All you need to do is pull the old pod from the device, and click a new pod into place.

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

Once the original packaging has been broken, we are unable to guarantee the quality and integrity of the product, and it is therefore unsuitable for resale.
