The Gents' Beech Derby Walking Stick for Left-Handed Users is a very smart hardwood cane, designed specifically to fit left-handed users. The beech wood is scorched to bring out the deep natural colour and the neat brass collar is added to give this highly functional cane a smart, casual appearance.

Orthopaedic Design

The Derby handle of this stick is ergonomically designed to perfectly fit either the left or the right hand. The same Gents' Beech Derby Walking Stick is also available for Right-Handed users.

Derby Handle

Reputedly the invention of an earlier Lord Derby, who wanted a supportive walking stick that he could also hook over his arm, the Derby style provides excellent support and can be held in either hand. The user’s weight is carried directly over the shaft and the hand is perfectly supported, so it can neither slip forward nor back.

Beech Wood

Beech is typically a pale cream colour, sometimes with a pink or brown hue. Hard and tough, this type of wood has good strength properties and high abrasion resistance, which makes it the perfect material for making resilient and reliable walking sticks.

Best walking stick ever

This stick is a replacement for a previous similar stick bought from your company which has now seen better days. The stick is light weight. The left handed handle is extremely comfortable and the walking stick is a joy to use.
