What Does a Calf Strap Do?

The Pure Wool Calf Strap attaches to a wheelchair to prevent the users feet and legs straying from their footplates. This is a common issues that can cause displacement and injury. 

What Material Is the Strap Made From?

The Wool Fleeced Leg and Calf Strap is made from 100% pure wool for a soft and comfortable feel. The plush wool is soft to touch and creates a soft and non-abrasive surface for the users legs to rest against when in their chair. 

How Does the Wool Strap Attach?

The Strap attaches to the metal frame of footplates on either side of the chair, creating a strap that runs behind the wool body of the product. The users feet sit naturally in the footplates and the calf is prevented from pressing back and falling off their platform.
