The Warming Wrist Brace can be used for a number of different applications:

Sizing of the Brace

The Oppo Wrist Wrap is supplied in a universal size to fit most wrists. To find out whether the support will fit you, measure the circumference of your wrist. The wrap fits a circumference of 14 - 22.9cm and can be used on the left or the right wrist.

How Do You Wear the Warming Wrap?

1. Place thumb into the thumb locking area of the wrap.
2. Pull the strap forward across the back of your hand.
3. Wrap around your wrist.
4. Adjust the Wrist Support to the desired compression level.
5. Secure the hook-and-loop strap.
