How Do I Apply the Spectra Support?

Follow the instructions below to discover how best to utilise this brace.

1. Undo both the contact closures straps.
2. Place hand into the support and ensure stockinette is positioned on top of the hand.
3. Align the aluminium palmer stay to the palm of the hand. Adjustments on the aluminium palmer stay can be performed by a certified medical professional.
4. Fasten the adjustable contact closure strap and secure to a snug fit. Adjustments may be necessary as hand, wrist and thumb swelling patterns change.
5. Fasten the Webspace contact closure strap across aluminium dorsal stay. Adjust as needed.

Cleaning Instructions

This product may be cleaned using a mild detergent and cold water. The aluminium palmer stay should be removed before washing. Do not bleach or use strong detergent, and do not wash in washing machine.
