Getting the correct size is very important. I am borderline between L and M and opted for the L as advised. Unfortunately this is not ideal in my situation as although it gives me a fair degree of support it is not as snug fitting as I would prefer.
It's an M next time for me ..... and it's **** this time for the L from me.
