Neo G Lower Hernia Support

The Neo G Lower Hernia Support is a great option to minimise the effects of hernias. Hernias can make everyday life uncomfortable, and certain tasks, such as lifting or bending, can prove difficult. The Lower Hernia Support provides a discreet method of keeping hernias in check, with a comfortable design meaning it won't be a hindrance.

Please note, we advise customers follow our sizing guidance by measuring their lower waist/hips as demonstrated in the image below.

Which Size Is Right for Me?

The Lower Hernia Support comes in sizes from Small to Large, based on your lower waist/hip circumference (see below for an indication of where to measure). Once you have your measurement, please match your result to the table to find your best size.

If you are concerned about tightness or you measure on or close to a sizing boundary (ie 78cm or 99cm), we recommend selecting one size larger than your measurement indicates for an optimum fit.

About the Lower Hernia Support

The Neo G Hernia Support helps to provide gentle and gradual pressure to reduce either right or left sided inguinal hernias. It helps reduce symptoms of recurrent bulge on exertion and strain (such as lifting or forward bending). The support is fitted with adjustable and removable pads for user comfort and effectiveness, and also features reduced stitching to reduce friction and irritation against the skin.

Can I Live an Active Lifestyle With the Hernia Support?

The Neo G Hernia Support is designed to enable you to get moving again. By providing gentle compression to the impacted area, it means that you can get back to work and driving feeling a little more comfortable. In wearing the support, you should be able to bend, stretch and pull without discomfort.

Washing and Care Instructions

Remove pad before washing. Hand wash with cold water only and dry on a flat surface. Do not use Fabric softener or tumble dry. Do not bleach or iron and store your support in a cool, dry place.

Delivery Information

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Like many others I'm on a long waiting list for a hernia operation. It gets very uncomfortable some days so I though I would give this hernia support a try. Wow, incredible! No pain and the support is comfortable to wear. It's hand wash only so I've just ordered a second one so I'm never without a hernia support. If the medical profession know of the discomfort and the long waiting times, why don't they suggest purchasing one of these?

My hernia had become uncomfortable, bordering on painful at times. A long wait for surgery so I purchased this product.
It is very effective and surprisingly comfortable. It doesn't inhibit the movements of everyday life. No hernia discomfort n̈ow whilst wearing it.
NB Always reduce the hernia before fitting it!

My hernia progressed very quickly from a small niggle to severe pain.
This support works really well. I am now completely free of pain and the support is not uncomfortable to wear all day.

The Hernia Support is a very well made item so full marks for that. However, the wearing of it is impractical because the belt will not stay in the "halfway down the hips" position [as illustrated] and slides downward thus releasing the pressure on the pad and voiding any proper control.

Inguinal Hernia Truss

I have had a problematic Inguinal Hernia for 20+ years and have been periodically supplied with an elastic truss by the NHS. But the last time I was supplied with a spring truss and when I explained that I found it too uncomfortable to wear, I received little sympathy.
So I decided to go freelance and purchased the required item from Health and Care.
Very easy to use website and a really prompt delivery. The truss is well made and comfortable to wear so I am very pleased with it. I shall order another in due course.
