Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

A slight adjustment?

I have found the Neo G really comfortable to wear, and it provides just the right amount of compression and support. For light work, painting etcetera, I hardly need it at all. However, for heavier work, such as digging, mixing concrete by hand, general shovel work, it is a major boon.
I found that I don't really need the pad, which attaches by means of velcro, as for me, it pressed in too much. With the pad removed, that left the harsh velcro patch directly in contact with skin, which rubs quite badly after a few hours use.
To get over this slight problem, I improvised by folding a towelling face flannel into four, and used that as a slim pad to cover the velvro hooks.
That solved the problem for me.
Is there just a chance you might be able to manufacture a slim, smooth pad, similiar to my description?
Please don't take this as a criticism, rather a "refinement," as I am otherwise very pleased with the product. Many thanks, Martin Orchard

For the first week, the belt was perfect. After 1 week, the back of the belt started to roll upwards, making it feel uncomfortable. Delivery time was good and worth the price. Does the job, but could be improved with back support
