This belt is strong, has a good grip surface to help keep in place and has good adjustments to it.I was advised by a Physio that it would help with the twist I have in my hips at present, related to S1 joint problem. I am using for stability when walking or on my feet a while. I still have to take pain killers, but am glad of the support it gives, also hopeful for long term realignment. Sitting in the belt is not for me as it rides up and it has to be in an exact place to help. HealthandCare delivered quickly and efficiently.

Suffering from disc disease and arthritis there is never a day without pain, this stopped me gardening and doing the necessary chores. Using this belt has really helped, no doubt about it, takes a while to get it positioned properly, and work out if better on clothes or skin, but taking time and experimenting is well worth it. While my problem relates to an inguinal hernia, I was advised to try a sacroilliac belt to relieve the discomfort i was experiencing. I have to say that the belt has given me some relief although it was initially a "pain" to get the belt on. It is also a bit inconvenient when simply needing to pee. Nevertheless, the belt is of good quality and is good value at the price so, overall, I am pleased withe belt.

Since using this belt I have had the first pain free times since January. 4 months... when I tore my inguinal ligament. It seems to be allowing the ligament to heal by holding my pelvis in the correct position. Although advised to use it under clothing I have found it's best over tight fitting jeans where it doesn't slip and can be easily adjusted if necessary.

I'm very pleased with my Serola SI-belt; it gives me a feeling of stability that I was lacking. My belt didn't seem to do anything at first and I was so disappointed as the reviews had been good and it was recommended by my physio. I tried a few adjustments of the position over a couple of days to try and go for a walk and the 3rd day it worked ! I hadn’t got further than the end of my road for months and now I am able to go for a decent walk. So if you don’t think it’s working just keep trying it’s worth it!

Excellent and comfortable support for painful sacroiliac joint. My sister in law is a retired physio and she recommended this belt to me when I lifted and twisted and had terrible pain from my SJ. It helps keep the joint in place without being overpowering, which is how I found a lumbar support belt at the peak of my problem.

As a keen gardener with a long term herniated disc problem & having spent 2 weeks with a flare up bought on by too much stooping over I needed something to give me some stability & this belt has done the job so well, it’s not too big very comfortable to wear & is very well made I’m impressed.

Belt was recommended to me by my physio to help with my lower back problems. ( I had originally bought a cheaper version of Sacroiliac Belt that only lasted around 8 weeks because the velcro wouldn’t stick anymore. )
I have worn the Serola Sacroiliac Belt for 6 days so not sure how long this belt will last. However, it is a lot firmer than cheaper version (as there is less give in the belt) which gives you more support and worth the extra money for this alone! Has helped my back tremendously …I can now walk without pain! 4 stars because after only 4days of wear the finishing/edging stitching on upper part of elastic has already ruffled but this doesn’t impact the performance of the belt. If, like me your hips measure 40 inches I would recommend going for large size. I went for medium but belt just manages to meet to overlap Velcro. If I order again I will order a large.

I have found this belt fantastic. I have problems with my back and hip. As soon as I put the belt on I found it did help. I certainly notice when I am not wearing it. I have disc problems along side spilt cartilage and hamstring. So I do find it help with these problems.

This belt is much narrower than similar ones on the market. The great bonus of this is that it is much cooler to wear. Other supports I have tried make me overheat very quickly. I can almost forget I am wearing this one - and it’s easy to carry with me incase I feel the need to put it on when I am out.
I will still need to wear a wider belt when my back is giving me serious problems.

I only bought this because I was in pain , I am still in pain , I am disappointed

I dont know how it works, but it does. Every morning for years I have got up not being able to stand up straight or move freely because of stiffness and pain around the pelvic area due to arthritis of lower back.

I wear this belt at night and miracle of miracles I am able to stand straight and move without pain when I get up!! One night the belt had slipped from its position and when I got up I was back to being lopsided and in pain. I repositioned the belt and the pain went immediately. Obviously the problem is still there but managing it is so much better.

I wear it all day as well as it helps with sitting and walking. Wouldn't be without it now. Need to order another one for when this one is in the wash. I wear it over or under clothes, sometimes next to skin - no chafing or itching.

I have 42 inch hips and the large fits perfectly. It is important to position belt correctly and I have now found the sweet spot for maximum benefit.

I have dysplastic hips, scoliosis and MS, the first 2 resulting from a car accident 13 years ago and exacerbated by hypermobility. Had severe pain for several weeks. Extremely difficult to do day to day activities. This belt was brilliant. The moment I put it on, I felt more confident and less fragile. I bought this item following a independent review I saw on YouTube. I have suffered with my SI Joint for around 4 years and I wish I had discovered it sooner. I have used this a number of times over the past week or so and it does appear to help. It is comfortable to wear but I would not use it directly over bare skin. Make sure the Velcro is attached correctly otherwise the rough surface may rub the skin. If its fitted correctly then its perfectly comfortable. It may help some people so for me its worth buying. I have worn when golfing and without issue and when gardening, lifting etc.

After living with back/buttock and thigh pain for 18months because of lockdown my physio diagnosed me with sacral joint disfunction and tendinitis on my thigh. I had sacroiliac joint inflammation after pregnancy, multiple trips to the chiropractor led me to this belt- within days the pain was much, much better and I was able to move around without the muscle spasms I’d been experiencing. Comfortable to wear, although it does dig in a little when sitting down- this is less to do with the belt itself though, more that’s what happens when you have a baby belly to contend with! I expect I’ll wear this through my next pregnancy, to avoid the issues I’ve had this time round. If you are in acute pain like I was, I would really recommend it as it helped very quickly!

This belt certainly works for me and was approved by my massage therapist. It has lessened the pain I was in by keeping my pelvis stable between treatments. I was advised to try the belt by my Chiropractor and decided to do so when I saw the video. On arrival, I found it easy to put on and comfortable to wear. It gives you a sense of security to allow normal life to return.

The item did not provide any benefit.

I have had this for a few weeks now and during that time I have undertaken carrying 40 x 25l bags of topsoil (over 2 separate days) and then a weeks gardening project. Didn't have any pain or aches the whole period. I have used the belt overnight when sleeping but have occasionally taken it off.

Have only had my Sacroiliac Belt for a short while but can highly recommend for anyone suffering .
I just feel more protected around the pelvic area and gardening which I love is now a lot easier. I also wear when doing yoga and that again has given me back confidence.

My first attempts to wear this were not hopeful. However, following advice from my physio, I am now managing to wear it and it becomes more comfortable with familiarity.

Relieves back pain almost instantly! My reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that it can get uncomfortable if worn for a while, especially sitting down.

This helped me in pregnancy with my alignment- was recommended by my osteopath and she said she could see a big difference after a few weeks of use

A great belt at a very reasonable price to help with SI back pain and muscle spasm. It really does make a difference.

Love this belt but wondered if it could be made in flesh colours to go under the lighter summer clothes? Also how do you stop it from “ rolling over” along the top edge?
As it’s necessary for me to wear this permanently and have for some years, I should appreciate your answer.

The belt is a great idea and the side velcro's are a nifty way to tighten the belt.
However the line of pull was not helpful for pregnancy pelvic pain from the back. My sacrum is opening too much, therefore tightening the belt together at the front does not offer support for the back. In fact it pulls the sacrum open more decreasing the amount of support.
I turned the belt around which helped but I wonder if there is a more efficient design.
Straps and fabric is great quality and the belt arrived on time.

I recommend these for my patients - as well as getting them to do exercises for stability. They work a treat, so I also bought one for my husband and am now cracking the whip with getting him to exercise too. Well made and easy to use

Great product and can be fitted really tight. Has helped with stability and feels like it’s engaged core to a degree.
Slight concern about fabric stretch and Velcro fatigue as well as being a bit hot.
Overall recommend for use about 1 hour each time.

I had one of these for my back pain about 20 years ago and wore it on and off since... with time I grew larger but the belt stayed firm. This meant that I outgrew it and I needed a larger size.

I was given a larger belt by a friend that had cost nearly as much but it was cheaply made and stretchy giving no support whatever.

Been using this on and off for about a month. I cant and been told not to sleep with it. I used it when i have back pain. I feel it rotates my hip into the right position and my quads can get some rest as they are always too tight and tense when standing. I think it has helped me and would recommend the quality.

I have used these belts throughout my life. During pregnancy when expecting twins and in later life with continued sacroiliac pain. I chose the Serola SI belt after reading many descriptions and reviews of the several different makes of belt available; it was a good decision.
This belt is easy to use, not too bulky and gave immediate support to my hips and lower back along with good pain relief. I suffer from gluteal tendinopathy and SI irritation. Using this belt has made doing my daily exercises/activities much more comfortable and gives a feeling of increased stability to my pelvis. Delivery was very quick and efficient too. I would highly recommend both this belt and the company.

I was recommended to use a Serola Sacroiliac Belt by my Osteopath, and I have found it to be very effective and very comfortable.

Belt works well pain in my hip pain & lower back pain have eased.
Only negative is not sure how long the velco straps will last pulling off & on, belt starting to look shabby already I would still recommend it though

Lot of lowe nack pain has been reduced by wearing the SI Belt - worth listening to the science behind it and why its a good aid. Not saying I’m cured, but has helped when lifting/working and to some extent walking. Has assisted in helping my hips to “quieten” the pains suffered. Well made belt with good velcro fasteners and stretchy tension.

Finally found something that helps with my SI pain, due to my hypermobility. Arrived very promptly too.

I wish that I had known about this belt 20 years ago, when I first started getting sacroiliac ligament problems. This device is a life saver and really helps when I get problems with this ligament after running too strenuously or stretching too vigorously after a run. No matter how much recuperation you do to heal the ligament, the weak point in the strategy is when you sit down for too long a period or roll over in bed when sleeping which has the effect of undoing all the good work you've done to heal yourself. This belt helps with that as when you wear it sitting down or when sleeping it helps keep the ligament in place thus avoiding any unnecessary stress on it.

I'd heard about these types of devices somewhere else on the internet and initially was looking on Amazon before finding this site. I'm glad I bought this belt from this company instead of Amazon as this belt is a high quality superior product which will definitely last for years to come.

The negative effect has been a painful hip joint on the effected side particularly walking up hill. I am hoping this will wear off as the hip adjusts to the closed sacrum/hip joint - the source of my pain

I have problems with S1, L5, 4 and 3. Together with regular care from a chiropractor and daily exercises I am still always in pain and discomfort. Like other people I will try anything to get relief so when I came across this belt, I thought I might as well try it and thank goodness I did. My pelvis feels secure, I no longer have knives embedded in my back and the severe pain which went into my leg is virtually gone. I still have pins and needles in my lower leg and foot but hey, that's nothing.

I bought this after intermittent back pain, probably due to caring role, and this particular belt recommended by physio. I wear the belt from early morning until bed time and have had no pains since so am very pleased. By evening, there is slight wrinkling of the understrap; suppose it could have shifted a little. Very pleased with this belt, I have used it now for about 3 weeks, following SI joint displacement. Following a physio session, & some regular lower back stretches each day, i am wearing the belt whilst doing household tasks, bending etc. & have noticed a big improvement.
