Chair Alarm Sensor Pad

The Chair Alarm Sensor Pad has been created to use in conjunction with the Patient Fall Alarm Monitor for effective fall management when caring for elderly or disabled individuals. The Chair Sensor Pad works alongside the alarm to activate an alert when a patient tries to stand or significantly shifts weight off of the pad, allowing for the carer to quickly come to the patient's aid. It is a great tool for monitoring people who often wander or are at increased risk of falls.

Sensor Pads in Correlation to Alarm Monitors

Sensor Pads are used in conjunction with Alarm Monitors to alert carers when patients move or attempt to get up from a chair. They are beneficial for low activity patients, such as the elderly or disabled, or those who are at an increased risk of wandering or falling. The alarm is triggered when a patient's body weight is fully lifted from the sensor pad, and once the weight placed back on the pad, the alarm will stop.

This sensor pad is designed for use with the Standard Patient Fall Alarm Monitor.

Durable Vinyl Pad

This durable, vinyl-covered pad activates the alarm monitor when a patient rises or moves their weight off of the pad. The Sensor Pad's set up instructions are printed on the underside of the pad for convenience, along with a location to record the initial date of use so that you can keep track of the pad's battery life. 

The pad is easily used on chairs, sofas or wheelchairs to ensure that a patient is safe wherever they are, and along with the Fall Alarm Monitor, makes for an extremely versatile piece of equipment to use in different care situations.
