2. Set the pulse rate to the required setting (100 Hz is recommended to start with), but adjust to your desired level.
3. Switch the machine on and turn it up until you feel a strong (but not uncomfortable) tingling sensation.
4. Turn the machine up slightly if you feel the tingling sensation lower slightly.
5. For full effects, use the TPN 200 for between 45 minutes and 12 hours.

How Do I Use and Select the Correct Size of the Harley Lumbar Support Belt?

The Harley Lumbar Belt acts just like a normal belt, and can be pulled tight to the point at which it will not fall down. You want to position it just above your hip bones, similar to the positioning on a normal belt.
