After injury to your muscles and ligaments, hot and cold therapies provide the best immediate care strategy to reduce healing time and improve recovery. The MoVeS Hot/Cold Therapy Roll-On Sleeve has been developed to deliver the highest quality of hot and cold therapy, gently rolling on to the affected area to ensure full coverage and the most effective relief possible. Simply cooling in the freezer or heating in hot water or the microwave, this sleeve makes providing hot and cold therapy simple.

Please note that the finger version of the roll-on sleeve cannot be microwaved due to its small size.

The sleeve enables you to provide 100% coverage to your injuries, giving you an unparalleled level of hot and cold therapy. Gently rolling on to ensure the affected area is covered entirely, the sleeve will then stay in place on the included compression sleeve, providing hot or cold therapy deep into your soft tissues.

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

This sleeve works really well. It's a little big, which can't be helped, as I have tiny hands. On the plus side, I can actually treat two fingers at the same time Very comfortable and helps a lot.

Very disappointed with this purchase. Poor quality and ineffective.
The advertisement on the web site stated that the roll on sleeve could be used in a micro wave or freezer, but the instructions in the packaging expressly stated it was not to used in a micro wave?????
Not recommended.

Thank you for leaving us your thoughts. I have checked with the instructions on the packaging and I can see that the Finger Version of this product is not suitable for microwaving whereas the other versions are.

Bought this for my brother who recently injured his finger and continually swells up so to save him using a bag of peas I bought him this Finger Therapy Roll Sleeve and he says its working well.

Excellent as an ice pack for a swollen finger joint

The design of the ice pack is excellent and really works well. The roll on feature is ideal for the purpose.

My only concern is about the stocking mesh that is included as it far too short. It should cover the entire length of the finger in order to provide some protection from the powerfully cold sleeve. The length is only 5cm and my injured finger is 9cm long. Also the mesh stocking is starting to fray.

However it is a tight fit but it does help.
