Sizing Chart

RockTape RockGuards are available in three different sizes; to find which size is right for you, please measure the circumference of your calf at its widest point and match the measurement to the table below.

Note: These guards are meant to fit snugly, so if you don't want a tight fit, make sure to order a larger size

Delivery Information

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.

The delivery expectation of order sent via Royal Mail is 1 to 3 working days.

Nicely made with neoprene fronts and mesh backs, and a good close fit- so will be great for protecting my boney shins when deadlifting etc. BUT- although I purchased large, the cuff around the ankle is way too small. This end has a zip to snug it up, fortunately with the zip open the sleeves fit- but its a design flaw, it should be possible to close up the zip. I dont have sparrow legs, but I also do not have fat ankles. The top cuff around the top of my calf is fine, but the bottom is just too small. Should be perfect for the cost.
