Pflexx Compression Knee Support Trainer

The Pflexx Knee Support Trainer is designed to aid both recovery and performance. It works with the help of bio-mechanical resistance technology, fitted on either side of the knee joint, against natural movement to strengthen adjacent muscles in the quadriceps, calves and hamstrings.

One of its key aspects is the ability to alternate in resistance depending on individual requirements. The support is initially fitted with R2 Medium resistance springs, and comes with a set of R3 Heavy and R4 Extra Heavy springs, which are perfect for elite sports performance and heavy resistance training. Dura Soft Knee Sleeve Knee Ice Pack Wrap

The Dura Soft Knee Sleeve Knee Ice Pack Wrap consists of two ice inserts that provide continuous cold or hot therapy for the knee area. Cryotherapy can reduce pain and swelling, and facilitate faster rehabilitation.

The ice inserts of the knee ice pack wrap are constructed from gel cells that freeze. As the gel cells are separated within the ice pack itself, rather than the ice pack being a solid slab of ice when frozen, you are able to bend and shape the ice inserts around the leg as required to provide good contact with the knee and leg for effective cold therapy, the inserts can also be heated to apply heat therapy.
