By sticking them on to your transfer aid, you can increase brake plate pressure for a stronger braking effect.

Please note the Anti-Slip Brake Tape is only compatible with the ReTurn 7500 Sit-to-Stand Aid.

Does My 7500 Transfer Aid Require This Tape?

If you find your ReTurn 7500 doesn't stop as quickly or firmly enough, this brake tape can help. However, if the breaking effect is poor and the Transfer Aid's brake pedals moving automatically into the braking position, the entire mechanism may need to be replaced with the ReTurn Brake Kit.

How Do I Apply the Anti-Slip Brake Tape?

The Anti-slip Brake Tape offers a simple remedy to mildly ineffective brakes. To apply your tape correctly, follow the steps below:

• Remove the ladder of the Transfer Aid
• Either unscrew the brake shoe, or remove the aid's wheel to reach the brake shoe
• Stick a piece of tape onto the brake shoe
• Test your brakes with the tape in place to check they are strong enough
• Make sure the brake shoe is securely screwed into place after completion

How Thick Is the Anti-Slip Brake Shoe Tape?

This brake shoe tape is available in two thicknesses so you can find the right size for your transfer aid. It is available in either a 0.9mm or 1.5mm density, which you can select using the drop down box at the top of the page.
