Specially Designed Fabric

Made using special Transtex material, each of these Ultra-Glide Slide Sheets is coated in silicone to reduce friction. This helps to improve patient mobility and enable their safe handling while in bed.

Durable Design

This Ultra-Glide Flat Slide Sheet pack is designed to be as durable as possible. As such, each sheet can be reused and is suitable for laundering.

Added Patient Security

With handles along three sides of each Ultra-Glide Slide Sheet, this pack ensures safe patient handling. Attached via a flag style stitch pattern, the handles provide the carer with improved grip while moving a patient. The handles that run along the shorter side of each sheet provide added protection for the patient's head during repositioning.

How Do I Use the Slide Sheets?

To use the Ultra-Glide Slide Sheet, position the sheet under the patient using the appropriate handling technique. When the sheet is securely in position, use the handles provided to move the patient safely.

How Do I Wash the Ultra-Glide Sheets?

To wash the Ultra-Glide Sheets between each use, please follow the standard hospital laundry guidelines. You can view the hospital guidelines here. Lightly soiled sheets may be wiped clean with a good quality, sterilisation fluid.

Please note that this product is not suitable for lifting.

Delivery Information

Delivery - Free UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free of charge on all items at Health and Care when delivered to a mainland UK address. Your order is usually dispatched by Royal Mail or better and is normally dispatched the same day when ordered before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For orders placed outside of this timeframe, they should be dispatched on the next working day.
