The 4WayGlide Mini Nylon Sheet is designed to be used with the Etac Immedia 4WayGlide Mini Patient Adjustment Mattress in order to facilitate assisted and independent patient movement in bed. The polyester padding combines with the flexibility of nylon to reduce "pressure point friction" and allow patients to move up and down the bed in a safe manner.

How Does the 4WayGlide Nylon Sheet Work With the 4WayGlide Mattress?

The nylon sheet attaches to the glide mattress using elasticated straps to ensure both components stay in place, whilst PU-coated edges prevent slippage. The 4WayGlide Nylon Sheet simultaneously improves safety for patients and increases convenience  for carers.

• The non-slip material along the bedside can be removed to allow for easier patient transfers
• Once the patient is in position again these can be returned
• Using the sheet with the mattress also improves hygiene by creating a barrier between the patient and the mattress
