The Rolyan R-Lite Resistive Foam Blocks (Pack of 32) enable you to regain strength in your hand, making it easy for you to develop hand and finger strength after injury or surgery.

Strengthen Hands and Fingers

Ideal for those recovering from injury or surgery in hands, as well as for individuals with arthritis, the foam blocks make progressive strength building easy and simple. They enable strength to be built in hands and fingers to more consistently aid recovery.

Maintain Exercise Rate

The resistance blocks are made from slow-recovery foam. This ensures that rate of exercise is maintained. so that muscles aren't over-used as they are developed and trained for more streamlined recovery.

Available in Four Resistances

To help ensure that strength training is progressive and enables you to develop strength fully, the Rolyan R-Lite Resistive Foam Blocks are available with four different resistances. Colour-coded for easier identification, the four resistances help anyone to develop their strength no matter their current stage in recovery. The four resistances available are:

  • Super Soft (Yellow)
  • Soft (Pink)
  • Medium (Blue)
  • Firm (Green)
